5 Reasons Why You Need To Be Brushing Your Hair

We all know you have to brush your hair to detangle it, but did you know there are some serious scalp and hair benefits too?

For optimal results, we recommend gently brushing your hair twice a day - morning and night. If you’re too aggressive with your brushing, you’ll end up causing breakage, and nobody wants that.

Brushing your hair before you get it wet in preparation for washing will give you a better and more efficient shampoo. It will also prevent more breakage when it’s wet!
