Now Hiring: Guest Experience Coordinator
(Copper Lane - Red Deer, AB)
We’re looking for someone special to join our front-of-house team. Someone who’s as comfortable greeting guests as they are creating content.
As our Guest Experience Coordinator, you’ll be the first face clients see when they walk through our doors, and the creative energy behind some of what they see online. This hybrid role blends traditional salon reception duties with merchandising, social media, and a little behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our space running beautifully.

What You’ll Do
Welcome guests and create a warm, professional first impression
Manage appointments, phones, and client communication
Merchandise and refresh product displays
Handle inventory and product orders
Mentor younger team members and support salon operations
Create engaging social media content for our brand (you’ll be in front of and behind the camera!)
Represent Copper Lane’s brand both in-person and online
Assist with day-to-day salon coordination and administrative needs

Love connecting with people and creating a positive guest experience
Have a natural eye for style and aesthetics
Are comfortable on camera and love social media
Stay calm and focused in a busy environment
Are tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems
Enjoy organization, detail, and keeping things running smoothly
Bonus Points If You Have:
Previous salon, retail, or hospitality experience
Experience managing social media for a business
A passion for beauty, fashion, or creative content
